Personal Essay
Please answer the following question: "Why are you applying for this award? What are three things about yourself that make you proud?" This essay must be at least 1-2 pages, typed, double-spaced, and 12 pt /Time New Roman or Arial font. Please ensure your essay contains no grammatical errors.

ALL FINALIST MUST attend an online interview with the E4E Board.

E4E Grant Recipients MUST attend the Awards Dinner on June 4, 2025 or forfiet their award.
The following items must be attached to this application in order for the application to qualify to be reviewed by the Grant Committee. Your application will not be considered if these items are not attached to this application:
1. All questions are answered completely.
2. Attach the Following:
A. Official high school transcripts confirming graduation status.
B. Personal Essay.
C. Letter of Recommendation.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT
I/my parent/gaurdian grant permission for E4E to take photos/video of me and use either for any legal purpose deemed necessary to promote the E4E NEXT STEP Grant program.
