Personal Essay
E4E believes that future leaders are shaped by the values and goals they carry inside them. We also believe that each of us has an obligation to share our gifts with our community.
Please read all instructions carefully and answer the following question:
" Having chosen your career path can you define three key characteristics that inspire you to achieve your objectives and how each can be used to improve your community at the completion of your program?"
Your Essay Must:

Be at least two (2) pages but no more than three (3) pages,

Typed, double-spaced,

12 pt /Time New Roman or Arial font,

Contains no spelling or grammatical errors.

ALL FINALIST MUST attend an online interview with the E4E Board.

E4E Grant Recipients MUST attend the Awards Dinner on June 3, 2026 or forfiet their award.
The following items must be attached to this application in order for the application to qualify to be reviewed by the Grant Committee. Your application will not be considered if these items are not attached to this application:
1. All questions are answered completely.
2. Attach the Following:
A. Official high school transcripts confirming graduation status.
B. Personal Essay.
C. Letter of Recommendation.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT
I/my parent/gaurdian grant permission for E4E to take photos/video of me and use either for any legal purpose deemed necessary to promote the E4E NEXT STEP Grant program.
